Umerov Appointed as Head of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence in Security Reshuffle

Rustem Umerov, defense minister and Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council, has been appointed head of Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service. Ihor Klymenko, Interior Minister, will replace Umerov at the National Security and Defense Council.
