Very hot conditions to start the week

Southern Colorado will experience very hot temperatures on Monday due to a ridge of high pressure over the Four Corners region. Afternoon highs will reach the upper 90s and 100s along the Interstate 25 corridor, with lower elevations also affected. A cold front is expected to arrive tonight.
