Tradeinn / Bikeinn Scam: Shipped my $365 Hammerhead Karoo 3 to the wrong country (Russia instead of Kazakhstan)

A customer ordered a Hammerhead Karoo 3 bike computer from Tradeinn/Bikeinn for delivery to Kazakhstan, but it was mistakenly shipped to Russia. Tradeinn ignored warnings, marked the order as 'Delivered' after the package was returned to sender, and refused a refund despite the item never reaching the customer.
