An off-duty state trooper and an armed citizen subdued a gunman at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, preventing further casualties. The suspect, Chad Williams, killed two people before dying from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, resulting in three deaths and seven injuries.
