[US]Texts saying "Microsoft: Unusual sign in.... Review at aka.ms/alca"

A user received four texts in one minute from different numbers claiming to be from Microsoft about an unusual sign-in. The messages included links to review or recover accounts, but the user found no suspicious activity after checking their Microsoft accounts and changing passwords.
