Detroit man without phone, wallet, and life-saving medication located

A Detroit man missing without his phone, wallet, or life-saving medication was located on Aug. 2. Mike Wutzke, 54, had been missing since July 25 after an alarming phone call to his daughter prompted a missing persons report. Relatives searched hospitals, jails, and shelters, while Warren Police confirmed Detroit Police handled the case.
