A user received an email about a Bruno Mars ticket purchase on Viagogo using their wife’s Amex credit card. A second attempt on Vivid Seats was blocked by Amex, but the user received a welcome email without purchase details. The tickets appear in a guest account despite no direct purchase, and the card was frozen due to suspected fraud.
