Florida ‘sadist’ charged after allegedly being hired by UK woman to torture and kill her

A Florida man is charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping after allegedly killing a UK woman who paid him to torture and kill her. The woman, Sonia Exelby, traveled to Florida to meet Dwain Hall, a self-described sadist, following years of online communication about her desire to die. Her body was found in a shallow grave in Ocala, Florida.
