Europe to hold meeting Tuesday over Ceuta after migration flux
Spain has installed a 500-metre-long sea barrier between its North African enclave of Ceuta and Morocco after tens of thousands of migrants breached the border, resulting in at least 67 deaths. The EU is set to hold an emergency video conference on Tuesday to address the migration crisis.
