Father of slain Marine speaks out after illegal immigrant who killed son faces third deportation
The father of U.S. Marine James Ray Walden III, killed in a 2017 hit-and-run crash involving illegal immigrant Martin Martinez-Ballinas, criticized calls to abolish ICE after Martinez-Ballinas faced his third deportation. Martinez-Ballinas, arrested in Maryland in December 2023, was previously deported in 2020 and 2022 but reentered the U.S. illegally each time.
