$4 Million Settlement in Suit Against Officer Who Took Nude Images From Women’s Phones

Julian Alcala, a police officer in Florissant, Mo., settled a lawsuit for $4 million after illegally obtaining nude images from women during traffic stops. He was employed by the police department for 11 months before the incident.
