Downtown Portsmouth scheduled to have brief power outage

Residents in Downtown Portsmouth will experience a brief power outage early Monday morning, August 3 at 2 a.m., as part of scheduled maintenance by Dominion Energy. The City of Portsmouth has issued a notice about the planned outage.
