China hopes to banish blackouts as quantum tech puts power grid in superposition
China plans to expand quantum technologies across its power grid to prevent blackouts, following a successful 18-month trial in Hefei, Anhui province. The technology detected equipment defects and faults rapidly, according to a report by People’s Daily.
