Maritime alliance

Saudi Arabia has formed a maritime defense coalition with 14 countries, including Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey, to address regional security concerns in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. The move follows a Houthi blockade of Saudi ports and Iran's blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, escalating tensions between Gulf Arab states and Iran.
