Off-duty EBRSO captain cited for DWI after Baton Rouge crash

An off-duty East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office captain was cited for DWI and two other offenses following a July 12 crash in Baton Rouge. Another driver involved in the incident reported sustaining injuries severe enough to prevent him from returning to work.
