Cripple Creek and Victor Gold Mining Company celebrates 50 years

The Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company in Colorado is celebrating its 50th anniversary, highlighting its role as a major economic driver for Teller County. The company plans to restart public tours in September, employs over 450 people, and generates more than $600 million annually. Gold from the mine is used to cover the dome of the Colorado State Capitol.
