Blanco the dog returns home after five days; owner plans to press charges

Blanco, a pit bull-Lab mix, was returned home after being taken for five days. Owner Paul Torrez found a handwritten note from the person who took the dog, who claimed they were drunk. Torrez plans to press charges, and the Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating.
