Good Samaritan shot, killed after trying to stop man stealing flowers from woman, police say

A Good Samaritan was shot and killed in Las Vegas after attempting to stop a man from stealing flowers from a woman. The suspect, a Black man in his late 20s, was arrested nearby, while the victim, a Hispanic man in his late 30s, later died at a hospital.
