Wife, half brother facing additional charges in death and dismemberment of Plainfield man

Dalewayne Turner's body parts were found in Lake Mattoon by boaters, with the remaining parts discovered in a basement freezer by police. His wife and half-brother are facing additional charges in his death and dismemberment.
