Cybersecurity expert: ‘Moderate confidence’ Iran attacked Minnesota water facilities

Morgan Wright, founder of the National Center for Open and Unsolved Cases, stated there is 'at least moderate confidence' Iran is responsible for recent cybersecurity attacks on water facilities in Minnesota. An alert four days prior suggested Iran was planning to launch the attacks.
