Tens of thousands of migrants pour into Spanish border city

Spain is deploying military forces to Ceuta, a North African enclave, after tens of thousands of migrants from Morocco overwhelmed border staff, resulting in dozens of deaths. The central government has directed armed forces to assist the Civil Guard in maintaining security in the city.
