First 7-Eleven, now Zabka: Canadian convenience giant Alimentation Couche-Tard eyes takeover of Polish rival

Alimentation Couche-Tard, a Canadian convenience store owner, has offered over $12 billion to acquire Zabka Group, a Polish convenience store operator. This follows a previous failed attempt to buy the parent company of 7-Eleven.
