Pair accused of stealing more than $27K worth of luggage at MIA

Two men, David Williams and Alexander Oscar, were arrested for allegedly stealing over $27,000 worth of luggage from Miami International Airport baggage carousels in April. Surveillance video showed them removing luggage from multiple carousels and leaving with it in waiting vehicles. Williams has a prior arrest for armed robbery, and both are currently held at a correctional center with set bond amounts.
