Nequi Bancolombia will operate as an independent regulated finance company starting September 1, 2026, following regulatory approval from Colombia’s Superintendencia Financiera via Resolution 2002 on October 31, 2025. The spin-off does not alter user experience, as app functionality and services remain unchanged.
