[US] I keep getting packages sent to my address under different names

A US resident has been receiving packages under different names at their address for months, likely from a Chinese company. The packages are delivered by non-USPS workers, contain items like wig caps and brow gel, and show no associated credit card charges. Despite contacting USPS and the sender, the packages continue arriving.
