Flags at half-staff, honor escort across Colorado for fourth wildland firefighter death from burnover incident

Nathan Matthews, a 43-year-old wildland firefighter from Nebraska, died from burn injuries sustained during the Knowles Fire in western Colorado, which merged with other fires to become the Snyder Fire. Flags will fly at half-staff, and an honor escort will transport his remains via Interstate 70 to Grand Junction. Three other firefighters died in the same burnover incident.
