India, Bhutan review development partnership; sign ₹4,000-crore LoC agreement

India and Bhutan reviewed their development partnership and signed a ₹4,000-crore Line of Credit (LoC) agreement. India committed support for Bhutan's 13th Five-Year Plan as part of their longstanding collaboration.
