Quake in Japan’s ‘Silicon Valley’ disrupts car, chip supply chains

A 7.1-magnitude earthquake in southern Japan, known as the country's 'Silicon Valley,' caused at least 34 deaths, damaged infrastructure, and disrupted car and chip manufacturing supply chains.
