Lebanese army commander says Israel persists in 'obstructing' deployment efforts

Lebanese army commander Rodolphe Haykal accused Israel of obstructing the deployment of Lebanese military forces in southern Lebanon. He stated that Israeli attacks and demolitions continue despite a US-brokered agreement for Tel Aviv's withdrawal, which includes Lebanese army deployment in evacuated areas to disarm Hezbollah.
