'Everything was gone, destroyed': Germantown first responders recount their apartments flooding
Assistant Fire Chief Crystal Kilmer and Fire Chief Phil Salvatore of Germantown experienced severe flooding in their respective apartments within the same building, with four and a half feet of water destroying their belongings and appliances. They had lived in the building since December.
