Big Bear Lake woman arrested for attempted murder, child endangerment

A 51-year-old Big Bear Lake woman, Brandi Noe, was arrested on charges of attempted murder, domestic violence, and child endangerment. The incident occurred on July 29 when deputies investigated a missing person report near her home on the 500 block of Talmage.
