Patreon is upping its RTO mandate after laying off 20% of staff

Patreon increased its return-to-office (RTO) requirement from two to three days a week for staff in New York City, San Francisco, and Porto, Portugal, following a 20% workforce reduction. The company cited the need for stronger team connections and increased agility amid rising competition in its creator-subscription business.
