Verification into genuineness of community certificates legally permissible even after retirement, rules Full Bench of Madras High Court
The Madras High Court ruled that verifying an employee’s caste status through community certificates remains legally permissible even after retirement if the process was initiated before superannuation. The court clarified that such verification does not lapse upon retirement.
