Nobel Peace Prize winner Murad says justice for Yazidis far too slow
Nadia Murad, a Nobel Peace Prize winner and former sex slave of the Islamic State, states that justice for Yazidis remains far too slow 12 years after the group's 'genocide' in Iraq. The Islamic State seized parts of Iraq and Syria in 2014, including the Sinjar Mountains, the Yazidis' ancestral homeland.
