First parent convicted of murder for son’s school shooting sentenced to 15 years in prison

Colin Gray, father of a 16-year-old involved in a 2024 Georgia school shooting, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for providing his son the murder weapon. The attack at Apalachee High School killed four people, including two teachers and two students, and injured others. Colin Gray is the first parent in U.S. history convicted of second-degree murder for a son’s school shooting.
