More than 1.5 million OCOOPA Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery hand warmers have been recalled due to fire and burn risks, causing 15 fires, 350 injuries, and the death of an 83-year-old in San Diego in 2026. The product was sold online at Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms between 2018 and 2026.
