Former Cowboys QB Tony Romo had an open bottle of alcohol in his car when arrested, police say

Tony Romo, a former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and CBS NFL analyst, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Milwaukee on July 23. Police found an open container of alcohol in his vehicle and cited him for failing field sobriety tests and refusing a breathalyzer test. Romo has a court appearance scheduled for September 21.
