Unitree to launch IPO next week as US-China robotics rivalry intensifies
Unitree Robotics will launch its initial public offering in Shanghai next week, selling 40.45 million shares (10% of its enlarged share capital). The company's founder, Wang Xingxing, and related parties will retain 31.29% of shares and 65.31% of voting rights post-listing, as China's robotics start-ups compete with U.S. counterparts.
