Nashville resident discovers electric scooter was taken from garage while doing yardwork

A Nashville resident's electric scooter was stolen from his open garage while he worked on his lawn. Security footage from his home and Tesla vehicle led to the identification and arrest of the suspect, Adrian Russell, who was charged with felony aggravated burglary and property theft.
