Depression, PTSD, substance abuse: Kashmir study reveals the psychological impact of a pellet gun wound
A study by the Government Medical College, Srinagar, found that 30.38% of pellet gun victims with eye injuries reported depression, 16.92% had adjustment disorder, 13.08% experienced panic disorder, and 10.77% developed post-traumatic stress disorder.
