[US] Chilling phone call

A woman called the user from a nearby town, whispering that she was unbearably itchy and that the user was responsible for helping her. She claimed to be named Sarah and that they met last weekend, which the user confirmed was impossible due to being sick. A background check on the number revealed it belonged to someone with a different name.
