Hunt for boat menace who smashed tuber on iconic California river — as victim battles major injuries

Deputies with the Sheriff’s Marine Enforcement Unit responded to a boating collision where a victim was hit by a boat while floating down a California river on an inner tube and is now battling major injuries.
