Two Drugs Matched Three for Untreated HIV
A two-drug regimen was found to be noninferior to a three-drug regimen as initial antiretroviral therapy (ART) for untreated HIV in adults, with 89% achieving an HIV-1 RNA level of less than 50 copies/mL at week 48 in a phase IIIb trial.
