North Miami police accuse Home Depot employee of fraud, grand theft

A Home Depot employee in North Miami, Marvin Colin, 28, is charged with grand theft and organized fraud after allegedly processing unauthorized refunds totaling $5,133.52 between June 6 and July 16. He is being held on a $5,000 bond at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
