Canadian who was held in ICE facility for months back in detention despite judge's ruling rights were violated

Winnipeg-born Clayton Herman is back in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody due to a mail delay, despite a federal judge in California ordering his release five weeks ago. He claims his rights were violated.
