‘I see a building you cannot create today:’ The ruins of Cathedral High School have a new future

Brian Toerber of Inspire Investment Group plans to convert the historic Cathedral High School in Denver into a boutique hotel, despite previous failed redevelopment attempts. The building, a Spanish Renaissance structure with historical significance, was purchased for $1.1 million and requires $27 million in renovations.
