TVK MLAs’ attempted bribery case: Madras High Court stays probe against one of the accused
The Madras High Court granted an interim stay of the investigation against one accused in the TVK MLAs’ attempted bribery case. The stay was given following a writ petition filed by the accused seeking to transfer the investigation from the Greater Chennai police to the CBI.
