Nationwide iPhone scam probe widens

A complainant paid taxes for an iPhone 16 Plus sent via FedEx but was denied delivery despite documentation, with a forged authority letter allegedly used to transfer the device. The FTO has ordered an investigation into potential widespread fraud and recommended stricter procedures for courier clearances.
