Ypsilanti family mourns 6-year-old 'Baby Tay' killed in minibike crash

A 6-year-old boy known as 'Baby Tay' died in a minibike crash in Ypsilanti after colliding with a parked car. The 10-year-old boy riding with him sustained serious but stable injuries. The family attributed the accident to failed brakes and urged parents to remove minibikes from children not old enough to handle them.
