Man wanted by FBI in Florida for arson, terroristic activity arrested in Lebanon

A man wanted by the FBI in Jacksonville for arson linked to terroristic activity was arrested in Lebanon, Tennessee, after the Lebanon Police Department used the SafeNet license plate reader system to locate a stolen vehicle. The arrest followed a traffic stop, and both Lebanon and Mt. Juliet police departments collaborated in the effort.
